The trust is founded by SHRI K.M. AYYANATHAN, chairman hailing from a rural background in Thanjvaur district. Born in an agricultural family i could not pursue my studies due to lack of facilities. so i joined as a child labourer in Chennai in a small enterprise of my uncle. after gaining experience i started a business of my own, amassed wealth and decided to fulfill my ambition of imparting education to the weaker sections of the people in my native place and hence started ARJCET. I also wish to start many more institution in the days to come for the benefit of the people in and around Thiruvarur district.
